Open Positions

This role owns product capabilities from discovery through deployment, working with customers (lab directors, molecular pathologists, or bioinformaticians) to understand their needs and translate into precise specifications that our product development team can build – overseeing the entire process: Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, and Support. You’ll balance clinical correctness, usability, technical complexity, and implementation effort to arrive at solutions that deliver value for both our customers and our platform. You are the person who understands both the science and the software well enough to bridge the gap between them.

This is a senior, high-leverage position. You will not be writing production code or executing a predefined checklist. You will be figuring out what should be built and how it should behave, in a domain where the “right answer” is often something you must reason your way to. This is a hands-on product role: you’ll live in the specifications and acceptance criteria, not just the roadmap.

As a Senior Application Engineer, you will bridge the gap between our clients and our product development team by translating laboratory workflows and business requirements into welldefined application design and configuration. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, design and validate solutions, coordinate implementation, and ensure successful deployment.

This is a technical role, but not a software development role: you won’t be writing production code. This role combines technical problem solving, solution design, customer collaboration, and quality assurance. You will work closely with Product Development to customize, configure, validate, and optimize our applications – ensuring our solutions meet client requirements.

The Application Engineer position is focused on ensuring customer service and satisfaction with the use of GO applications and solutions. This role serves as a liaison between the Client and the GO Product Development/Development Operations teams. Specific activities for this position include facilitating client discussions and requirement gathering; designing, configuring and testing GO applications and solutions; collaborating with the GO Client Service, Product Development and Development Operations teams for application updates, configurations, deployments and troubleshooting; and contributing to the GO knowledge management repository in the form of documentation and process definition.
